Group Travel

Whether for business or pleasure, we can help coordinate ground transportation for large groups. Our recently added executive shuttle bus seats 27 and is perfect for transportation to meetings, conferences or employee-related events. Our fleet also includes Sprinters and vans that seat 14, which can help shuttle business associates between meetings or to corporate gatherings. In addition to these larger capacity vehicles, our luxury sedans and sports utility vehicles are perfect for smaller groups traveling to meetings in Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Connecticut.
Our staff is able to help organize travel to and from the airport for groups and assist with logistics. Reservation specialists are trained to coordinate ground transportation in the most economical way possible, while keeping our high-level service standards in mind.
Funeral Transportation

We all understand planning a funeral and making arrangements for family and friends is often overwhelming in the wake of loss. Please know that we are here to extend our services, offering safe transportation for those attending the wake, funeral service and cemetery burial. Our black car fleet is ideal for friends and family who may not want to drive during this difficult time. Our chauffeurs dressed professionally in a black suit, white shirt and black tie will be there to assist you in and out of the vehicle, while respecting the family’s dignity and discretion.
We have a long-standing relationship with many funeral coordinators in Maine. Rather than call us directly, you may request the funeral director’s assistance. Our reservations staff will work with the director to coordinate service for whomever needs private transportation. Our chauffeurs will ensure everyone arrives at the various services on-time and safely.
Point-to-Point Travel

When we say from Presque Isle to New York City and anywhere in between, we mean it! We are happy to help you get to appointments, meetings, events, restaurants, points of interest, between your summer home and city apartment, or on a shopping trip. We have even been hired to pick up patio furniture cushions at an upholstery shop, lobsters at a fish market or a cat from the vet and deliver to clients’ respective homes.
Our service is billed based on total time used. Our reservation specialists can help calculate that time and estimate cost based on your need. The only restrictions we have are for the safety of our clients and staff. As a Department of Transportation regulated company, our chauffeurs are limited to ten hours of driving time, fifteen hours on duty and required an eight hour minimum off the clock to rest. However, if your destination requires more than ten hours of driving for our chauffeurs, we have solutions and would be willing to discuss options with you on a case-by-case basis.

Prom Transportation

Prom is such an exciting event for all high school students. Our service offers elegant transportation to and from the dance, with a focus on safe transportation for all students. Our fleet offers options for high school sweethearts to arrive together or large groups of friends. All prom reservations require a four hour minimum booking, and our reservation specialists can provide pricing for the vehicle of interest.
Keep in mind that many proms in southern Maine are often scheduled on the same night. If you are interested in any of our vehicles, we recommend calling early to reserve. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to arrive to prom in style!
The “I Promise” Agreement
We greatly appreciate you considering Maine Limousine Service for prom transportation and we hope to provide a memorable time with safety as our utmost concern. As part of making a reservation with us, we ask that all students and their parents or guardians read and sign a driving agreement, which is part of the “I Promise Program.”
The agreement states the following:
- No alcohol or other intoxicants or cigarettes are allowed in the limousine
- All packages, back packs and handbags go into the trunk of the vehicle
- The privacy screen remains open at all times to allow supervision by the chauffeur
- The chauffeur will phone the parents if alcohol or drugs are detected, the trip is terminated and no refund is given
- Each parent of a teen passenger must provide a phone or cell-phone contact number in case of violation or emergency
- Only teens registered below as passengers are allowed transportation in the limousine
This signed document should be returned to Maine Limousine Service ten days prior to the reservation. The signatures of students and their parents or guardians indicates acceptance of all the agreement. Our chauffeurs and staff retain the right to search any bags for prohibited substances and make calls to parents or guardians if needed. Maine Limousine Service also retains the right to terminate the trip should the agreement be violated.
